How much do I have to pay for delivery?

Good news! We offer free delivery on all orders. We believe that getting your furniture should be hassle-free and without any additional charges.

How long does it take for delivery?

We strive to deliver your sofa bed as quickly as possible. The exact delivery timeframe may vary depending on your location and stock availability. Typically, you can expect delivery within 1-5 business days

How can I track my order?

Once you have place your order, we will send you your shipping tracking number with FedEx. You can use this number to track your order with Fedex Tracker

My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

If your items haven't arrived yet, we understand how frustrating that can be, and we’re here to help.

1. Check Your Estimated Delivery Date

Start by reviewing the projected delivery date from your order confirmation. In many cases, FedEx may split an order into multiple boxes, which can arrive on different days.

2. Review Your Tracking Link

If the tracking link shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received all of your items, please let us know right away. Sometimes receiving one box triggers a status update that marks the entire shipment as delivered, even if other boxes are still en route.

3. Partial Deliveries

If you’ve received some of your items but not all (e.g., only 3 out of 7 boxes), please wait a day or two to see if the remaining boxes arrive. It’s common for FedEx to stagger deliveries.

4. Contact Our Support Team

If your estimated delivery date has passed or you have any questions about the status of individual boxes, reach out to us at hello@cushiehome.com with your order number. We’ll verify each shipment using the parent tracking number and provide you with detailed updates for every box.

How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

What do I do If I missed my delivery?

If in case you receive a “Sorry we missed you” card or missed a delivery, please contact our Customer Support team to arrange a re-delivery of your order. Please note that the courier gives a specific time frame to arrange the redelivery and the applicable re-delivery fee will apply.
