Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Cushie Home provides tracking information for shipped orders. Once the order is handed over to the carrier, delays or issues during transit are the carrier's responsibility. Cushie Home will assist in resolving such issues to the best of our ability but cannot be held liable for carrier delays.
4.2. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees vary based on location, item size, and shipping method. Any additional fees (e.g., customs duties, remote area surcharges) are the responsibility of the customer.
4.3. Damaged or Lost Items: If an item is damaged or lost during transit, please notify us within 3 business days with supporting documentation (e.g., photos, tracking information).

5.1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unused items in their original packaging within 90 days of delivery. Custom or clearance items are non-refundable.
5.2. Process: To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service for approval and instructions. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
5.3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
